False advertising
At checkout Lenasia they advertise things on the leaflet, but when you are buying or paying you will find that the grocery is a different price.nothing in the store tells the customers that the prices have changed. I would suggest they move the leaflet because it's not just one item.bad for me I am only saw when I got home.

CHECKOUT MOORTON UNIT9- INSECT LEG FOUND IN BOERWORS
Checkout moorton unit 9 service should be 0 rated and hygienic 0 rated! The store needs the health inspectors like asap, i have purchased boerwors from they butcher section and when I went home before opening it thank God I saw an insect leg inside the boerwors casing towards the middle of it! My family and i are totally disgusted,I called up the store I spoke to a person called Khalil he advised me he is the regional manager for checkout. So I explained him the problem and I told him I have 2 kids aged 2 and 4 I have no time to take them with me back and forth to the store and also risking the chances for them coming into contact with covid 19 has they store dont practice covid 19 rules and regulations 100% .He advised well i either bring it and come or else they can't do nothing,my question was who is going to compensate me for the traveling cost has it is they fault he says he cannot answer that! So if we ate the boerwors and got sick and hospitalised are they going to say that no one asked us to purchase from they store? But never the less i went a week later to the store the supervisor and 2 other female staff have had a look at it and they tilting it in all directions and in denial are saying it must b a spice but I can choose something for that value and I was surprised cause it's clearly evident.the 1 lady then asked me for the till slip but clearly on the label it says checkout moorton! Pathetic TERRIBLE unhygienic store and staff!

Checkout Chatsworth unit 9
I went to checkout yesterday after many years.. I normally don't visit checkout because it is very unhygienic. However it was of convenience at the time. When I went to the store the security handed me a sale paper which was an A4 size.. I saw that they had Bokomo corn flakes on sale, 3 for R100..I went to pick a few. The corn flakes was advertised on the shelf with the sale signage as I looked to just make sure. When I went to the till, the cashier was very rude n she told me it's no longer on special.. I told her it says on the sale paper while stocks last. She had told me the stock finished yesterday and put new stock and the sale is over. I had informed her that the security just gave me this sale paper now and that it indicates sale on the shelf currently. She said "ya only yesterday " we called the manager and she was extremely rude, she said that we cant take it at the price n she said that the shelf doesn't say sale. I even went n looked again. However she was very rude and the store was falsely advertising.. the trolleys are not being sanitized,there are no wipes for the handles and the service is utterly poor. As professional people, we don't expect to be treated like animals.

Soft & Fresh
This is also a really good supermarket. Not much variety but has the essentials. Freshly baked cakes and bread. The unsliced bread being my favorite for a bunny chow, soft and fresh. #SupportLocal

Rude staff with bad attitude
I went to checkout lenasia a few days ago and was appalled by the young lady assisting me. Her name is Nosikhumbuzo she was very rude, extremely bad attitude it was the worst experience I've come across. I hope the manager really sorts this out asap or I'm never setting foot there again!

Checkout draws customers with adverts and NO stock all the time
2 be honest they were such a good store but these days it seems they advertising alot of specials 2 draw the crowd yet don't have stock of anything...They advertised a simple thing like close up toothpaste at R17 for 2 and it's the 2nd week they keep saying NO stock...Can't say sold out coz I live near and I've been to the store everyday .. Today they didn't even have half the stuff on the paper as well as we visited after church...This is pathetic

Bad customer service
I went into the store that evening to get some bread supplies and when I came to the counter to pay the cashier was so busy talking to one of her colleagues she did not take notice of what she was doing. I paid with a R100 and my good came to R48 &
