PATHETIC

Seriously PATHETIC service. Seems if you don't buy your cat from them they just don't give a damn. Sent a mail to Ryan almost a week ago, to date NO REPLY. Called during the week and was transferred from pillar to post. Seems VERY UNORGANIZED and not to care
