I went to the shop toda,firstly the tables and the floor were dirty with food,they said burger and we expected patte they gave us chicken breast,i'm so dissatisfied with chicken also oily,salty and not cooked thoroughly

I thought I would try a burger there. I asked for mayonnaise on my burger and was told it comes with mayonnaise. When I received the order it tasted like processed fish and there was no may. On collection of my order a guy from the kitchen asked for my slip which I showed him he said it's not the right slip even though it's the exact slip given to me by the cashier. The cashier didn't bother to intervene. The guy just walked away without saying anything. I tasted the burger and it was not nice. I didn't see any mayonnaise and asked the cashier for mayonnaise. The cashier insisted I open the burger to reveal if there was mayo. She claims there was but I saw none. This was a terrible customer service experience. I will not go there again as the service is a joke and the food is terrible.

N1 City worse food ever, and service really sucks. We waited almost 40 minutes for our meal and they werenโt even busy. The food eventually came which was disgusting, suppose to be a chicken Gatsby ๐

On Monday I went to the store in randburg Square and got served with raw chicken when I returned it the manager and the lady there acted a if all is well and started giving me attitude coz they gave me raw chicken. The fact that they told me that's how a thigh looks when is hot buffed me to the core, you need to get a health inspector and train your workers on the dangers of feeding customers raw chicken ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

I can agree on the refund part as others. The owner of the Chicken Xpress franchise in Klopperpark closed the shop without any notice and is now sitting with my money. And refusing paying my money back to me. If someone can look into this. I am opening a case as well if he does not transfer my money into my account as soon as possible.
