Most pathetic place

Currently sitting at child welfare Athlone for 2 hours now in the waiting room. I did a application in August 2024 it is now February 2025 8 months later still heard nothing from this people. I cant even take the poor child to a hospital because i have no letter stating the child is in my care. He is sick and need medical care. What on earth is going on in this place? I am taking this matter further because this is the moat pathetic place i ever laid foot in. Are they not supposed to be of help for the kids? Are these people just sitting here for a paycheck?? I am utterly disgusted in this place God please protect these poor kids.
