Still no replacement
Still… it’s been how long and I’m still waiting on my so called “replacement” Monique said she will be in contact about the delivery and the driver probably got lost on the way. Very quick to email back but not very quick to replace

Disgusting stuff floating around
What a horrible experience. After finding a big liking to the new caned Juice from Bashews. The juice was contaminated with stuff floating around in there, yet it only expires November 2025.

Chillbev not so cool
I contacted this company 3 weeks ago regarding their product which I think was incorrectly bottled. I received a reply from a Ms.Fortuin where they apologize and requested my contact and delivery details. Nothing since, not great.

Five stars to Monique Fortuin at Chill Beverages for her customer support. I reported a product problem by e-mail. She followed up to resolve my "complaint", promptly replaced the products and collected the faulty items to investigate. This is how you build customer relationships.

WAGES THAT HAVENT BEEN PAID 3 MONTHS LATER STILL
Worked for the company in December as a promoter promoting chateau del rei most parts of Durban with the hopes of getting paid after working , I have been waiting for a whole 3 months for the money to be paid to me and all i keep gettinng is excuses from the actual guys that i worked with kindly please assist as to a way foward so that i could be paid what is due to me , so sad how i actually enjoyed the whole activitation but now i am not being paid my due diligence

Thank you Chill Beverages for making your Contribution / Donation towards our Westridge Football Club with some beverages that will assist the boys with some hydration over the Football Tournament started this Thursday and the weekend coming. Your little donation means a lot to us for not digging too deep in our own pockets for some refreshments when required. I hope to hear from you next year this time again.
