Chilton Care International NOT internationally accredited, don't be fooled
I received a request from a student that studied with Chilton to help with international placement. Upon phoning the owner Noreen Whiting she could not give me Chilton's international accreditation number. She told me she is accredited by the Irish Board. I contacted the Irish board who then confirmed that they have never hear of her before. I could not help the student as she has no international accreditation to prove what she is publicly advertising. I am shocked to see how Chilton's deceptive advertising is allowed on the web.

OWNER OF CHILTON TRAINING IS NOT ACCREDITED INTERNATIONALLY BEWARE !
Noreen Whiting is not internationally accredited. When i phoned and spoke to the owner Noreen today she told me she is part of the Irish board. I asked her for her accreditation number and certificate. She stumbled over her words and said you are breaking up I can't hear you. I repeated myself and she did not know how to reply. When I told her that international accreditation has a certirficate and number she said " i will give you info on email that I know my work as I have been in the industry for 18 years" I rep**** that it was not good enough and that I wanted proof. She could not answer me. After that I made contact with the various Irish boards in the medical industries. There are 13 of them. They did not know about Noreen Whiting or Chilton Au Pair Training College at all. This company adverstises that they are internationally recognised and this is against the advertising policies and procedures act : Protection Act CPA 71 of 2008 protecting consumers for misinformation. The worst of this is she prohibits the public from posting on her Facebook page. This is a clear sign that she is not playing a fair game.

Bad attitude
I found out they not registered with HWSeta and I wanted my money back same day I paid. The person who assisted me was very rude .I paid R1000 yesterday on the 10th of July 2025 same day I requested my money back. Bad experience with Chilton training college I won't advise anyone to deal with them in future. I asked her in a polite manner to return my money back to Veronica I even sent her my banking details because I was not fighting with her. All I want is only my money back since it's not registered with HWSeta and SAQA.

Scam Alart. People not properly trained.
Scam. This is a big scam, that’s why you see so many post from this agency on gumtree. Families I beg you please don’t hire anyone who do a course through Chilton. They just send the students a bunch of things to read and in the childcare course they only have 10 questions and 5 questions in the certificate for the elderly. This people is not properly trained and once the clients paid they are forgotten. Not to mention they have to download their own certificates and take it with them to graduation. They are cheap because they don’t have any expenses and are basically a fraud. How can someone get a nanny certificate by answering 10 short questions also. I know someone who didn’t even do the first aid. It’s a big scam. Save yourself the money and humiliation for both families and people interested in joining this people.
