Returned wall panels with the same original packing, I was blamed for 4 being damaged. Footage was pulled upon my request as well, I was told in front of customers not to lie but shame Robert and Chinchita (could be incorrect spelling) was trying to cover their backs in the most disgusting manner. Utter disrespect and not even a manager came around to chat. I was charged for 3, yet it was no fault of mine at all. No customer orientation and service whatsoever yet I was forced to use their personal delivery, I wondered why they ushered me away from the tills at the time. Using my 12 year old son to cover their tracks what a shame. Should have known better - they could have put some effort in wrapping their products better as they know it is weak and could break during transit rather than covering their mistakes and blaming customers.
