STAY FAR FAR AWAY from Chipazz Projects
𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐘 𝐅𝐀𝐑 𝐅𝐀𝐑 𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐘 from this company. We hired Chippaz Projects to do paving at our home. Arnold came out personally to quote, took the measurements himself, and provided a written quotation. He was not the cheapest option, which we accepted in good faith expecting proper workmanship. During the project, there were multiple issues. The job ran over time due to running out of bricks and poor planning, and Arnold never returned to site after the initial quote despite saying he would. Shortly after completion, the paving began cracking heavily. In several areas, there is no cement bonding at all, only loose sand between the bricks. This was confirmed with photos and videos sent to Arnold immediately. We followed all instructions given by his team, including allowing more than the recommended drying time and watering the cement twice daily. Despite this, the paving continues to deteriorate and worsen. Arnold acknowledged that the condition shown in the videos was an issue, advised he was out of the country, and promised to return to inspect and resolve it. Since then, he has repeatedly failed to arrive as arranged and is now ignoring calls and messages entirely. Based on our experience, the workmanship is poor and the after sales service and accountability are non existent. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to think carefully, especially if issues arise after payment.

Bad quality of work.
People if you ever see this name don't even think of using this people they are really riduculous where there work concern etc. They build me an nutec house and it's really bad workmanship. They got their money and alot of faults came out afterwords.if you see their name red lights must go on.stay away from them.until now they didnt come fixed their bad work.
