Packer resisting to pack for me but packs for everyone else
I went to choppies Lephalale, Ellisras on the 17/07/2023 The cashier asked if i needed a plastic and I indicated that I do not need one but is it possible for me to take out the trolley to the car and she said yes it is possible. I then asked if the packer will only pack for me if I bought a plastic bag and she said to me she will not pack my groceries and that I quote "Its on her discretion whether she packs for me or not and at that moment she will not pack for me because she doesn't want to and she will do it if she feels like it" I then asked her twice if she is sure of the statements she was making and she ascertained that she is sure, i followed up n asked her name and she proudly said she's Leta arrogantly so. I asked to see the manager and asked him about the company policy in retation to packing in the sense to understand how their policy works as Leta has indicated to me that she does her job only when she wants to. And how she disrespected me in my rights as a customer. She then continued to pack for everyone else that came after me...

MONEY TOO WHITE FOR CHOPPIES DELAREYVILLE
I went to the Delareyville Choppies outlet. I wanted to buy a few potatoes at about 17:20 om 11 May 2023. There was a lady washing the floor asking the customers to walk around the other isle not to step on the wet floor. No problem there..I went down the other isle got my potatoes and waited for the lady to price them. She just continued washing the floors..I waited and waited till she helped another customer that came after me. I never do this but it seems the situation is becoming a racial issue. Maybe my money is too white for Choppies Delareyville. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN shop there..They are unprofessional.

Outrageous disgusting level of service at Choppies Ennerdale
I'm really disappointed in the service I received at choppies ennerdale. Firstly their meat is always expired and the level of customer service I receive from their staff including the store manager Dominique who is un able to speak or treat an irrafe customer in a prper manner. We had pejama day and I was not allowed to buy anything I tye shop due to them not allowing customers in the shop wearing pj's. This is absurdity coming rom a shop where they as staff do not wear proper uniform ti present the shop itself. I was also told that they will not be serving me or attending to me when i come and buy there.I am really upset and will not tolerate this level of service. I am asking that something be done with their services and food

Bad customer service from Choppies by Ntombi
I went to Choppies @ Goldenwalk and wow the stuff selling food from Deli they are very rude ...I got assisted by the lady named Ntombi and she is very rude .she used strong language and she even told me to go report her she doesn't care ..I don't think I will ever go there again I hate buying food from there

Heavy complain that needs attention
I have never received a bad service and being Ill-treted by the lady who works at Choppies Mahikeng even the manager was quiet and taking side of the lady in the till. The are rude. They tell a customer this is choppies. The lady things that shop belongs to her.

I have never received a bad service and being Ill-treted by the lady who works at Choppies Mahikeng even the manager was quiet and taking side of the lady in the till. The are rude. They tell a customer this is choppies. The lady things that shop belongs to her.

Thank you to the lady who picked up my purse nd ran after me to give it back as it had fallen in the store nd I ddnt notice unfortunately I ddnt GT her name but shs such an honest and trustworthy staff at choppies.At the times we living in one would really be fortunate to get what they lost um truely humbled and happy ...🙏

Choppies hygiene and bad service
I went in to choppies Polokwane and bought two pieces of fried chicken for R19 and sum odds. Went to my car to proceed eating. Finished the drum and when I went for the wing I realized it was rotten and the meat inside was black.. couldn't eat it and I went to the store politely asking for another fresh meat..the first Manager(Tebogo) was willing to assist,got the attention of the other two Manager/supervisor(Patrick).they told me they won't assist me and if it was them they have eaten that black rotten meat..what type of hygiene is this..I'm disappointed because I buy that meat every morning.im not happy at all for their bad service.and their treatment.
