Bad Service at Steers Chris Hani Crossing

Steers at Chris Hani crossing, Vosloorus provide the poorest service you'd ever think of when ordering online. I've place my order at 16h07 and now the time is 19h30 I still haven't received my order! Who in the right mind stay hungry for so long??? Worst part they don't want me to cancel so they can refund me. I've called them several times. I spoke to Mamolemo, she said she was going to the office and she will call me back but she did not! I called her back... She told me that my order is on the way...yet I overhead her telling the driver to tell me that she is on the way and the driver refused.
