NO SERVICE FOR YOUR MONEY

I had the worst experience from this company, ive paid R4000 for my pool to be serviced on the 2nd of November And its already the 25th of November no Ricardo have been at my house. I've requested my refund 2 weeks ago and he kept promising me the refund will be done but still nothing. I'm so sick and tired of companies which don't give a dam for consumers. This company clearly dont care about consumer service or business ethics. Please help prevent consumers to fall into these traps and scams.
