I ordered and paid for items 28 Febr.2025. It was supposed to be delivered by Aramex. According to their website it would have been delivered by 6 March 2025. Today is 10 March 2025. I have phoned Aramex and Ciovita to bring it under their attention. Waiting,waiting.....

I must say I have always had good service in store and very happy with that route. Online not so much. See below response from Alan who is very helpful but cant seem to sort things out directly. They have now stopped communicating with me and I am short an item on an order from November that I need before Christmas

I emailed last week regarding the poor quality of the sun sleeves that I purchased last month and the stitching is coming loose on multiple seams. Customer care do not even bother to respond. I was a regular customer but the after sales service appears to be non existent.

Hi, Three rides have been completed while wearing a spare pair of Ciovota corsa bib shorts that I purchased from a third-party reseller around two months ago. I just wanted to draw your attention to the fact that these bib shorts' stitching quality has significantly declined over the years. I can't do much about it because I don't have the receipts on hand, so I can only express how disappointed I am with how they keep getting more costly and worsening in quality. I hope you may view this criticism favorably and restore your quality to its former level.

Hi, Three rides have been completed while wearing a spare pair of Ciovota corsa bib shorts that I purchased from a third-party reseller around two months ago. I just wanted to draw your attention to the fact that these bib shorts' stitching quality has significantly declined over the years. I can't do much about it because I don't have the receipts on hand, so I can only express how disappointed I am with how they keep getting more costly and worsening in quality. I hope you may view this criticism favorably and restore your quality to its former level.

I purchased a new Corsa bib at the end of November 2022. In March of this year, I noticed the bib had developed a hole and returned it to Cycle Lab Boksburg for replacement. They contacted Ciovita who rep**** that no warranty was applicable as it was due to user error/misuse. In total the bib hasn’t been worn more than 6 times, as I was still using my old bibs as well and bought another Ciovita cargo bib with no issues I attached photos of my other bibs that I have been using for the past 2 years without any issues or defects. I decided to change brands and support local manufacturing and have to say I am disappointed in the quality and after sales service I received. I also purchased the Cargo bib and have been using it without any issues thus far and on more rides that the Corsa bib. All I want is a return email to explain why they won't fulfill my warranty claim. Regards,

Made a mistake of placing a replacement order which was not delivered AGAIN. Got called that the order was going to be delivered before 17:00. It is now 18:39, it was not delivered. Complete wait of my time and money

I placed an order online on 02/09/2022 and paid by Payflex. I did not receive my order until 08/09/2022 after making numerous calls and sending emails. I logged a return on 08/09/2022 due to size. After numerous calls and sending emails, I received an email and later a call from Liske who identidied herself as customer service manager. She mentioned that as from 01/09/2022 they experienced problems with connection to Payflex and that my refund was going to take further 10-14 days. I protested that I am not accepting that to which she responded that it was my fault that I used Payflex as payment method
