Paid up letter

I took a loan with circle finance and I paid it off. All I need is a paid up letter but no one is helping me. When I phone them they don't pick up their calls. I sent emails but I don't get response. I even sent their consultants that does loans on whatsapp to ask for help but still no one is responding but are able to offer loans and this is affecting my credit record
