While investing in bitcoins, be cautious. If your bitcoin gets ******, then it can be a very frustrating time but instead of getting frustrated, it is important to act fast so that you can get your money back. Unluckily, there are many victims that do not get their money back because it is very hard to track down the people behind it. The ***** is either in another country or using **** identities. But in some cases, it is easy to track the person who has ****** your bitcoin. Tracing bitcoin is not hard for the bitcoin forensics or specialists. You can reach out to nettracep @ gmail, com for more enquiries.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Citadel Wealth Management regarding my recent dealings with your firm. As a South African citizen who has move abroad to Qatar for employment as an expatriate, I sought assistance from Citadel Wealth Management to navigate the complexities of investing offs**** and withdrawing my pension funds. I was forthcoming and transparent with your team regarding my intentions and the urgency of my financial requirements, particularly in light of impending rule changes to the pension system. However, to my dismay, I received a message from your team indicating that your compliance department has advised against providing me with the necessary assistance due to the fcat that i cant sign the contract while residing in Qatar? The reason cited for this decision was my relocation to Qatar for employment purposes. This unexpected turn of events has left me baffled and deeply disappointed. As a South African citizen, I am entitled to seek professional wealth management assistance from a reputable institution like Citadel, regardless of my current country of residence. It is perplexing and concerning that your organization would deny me the support I urgently require during this pivotal transition period. I am seeking clarification on the following matters: Why is my South African citizenship being disregarded in the provision of wealth management services, particularly concerning the withdrawal of my South African-based pension and offs**** investments? What specific compliance regulations or internal policies justify Citadel's refusal to assist me, despite my clear eligibility and need for your services? How does Citadel intend to address this situation and provide me with the necessary support and guidance to manage my financial affairs effectively? Why are your financial advisors ignoring my emails and not replying to my emails? I urge Citadel Wealth Management to reconsider its decision and promptly provide me with the assistance and guidance I require to secure my financial future. Failure to address these concerns adequately will compel me to explore alternative options and escalate this matter further.

And here ww are....several weeks later. Nothing. The person dealing wirh rhe late estate at Citadel has apparently lied in hia communications to the family....and has since left rhe company. Another person at Ciradel has taken over the "account". Very nice and accommodating when at last you could get hold of...and is doing everything in his power to sort this out and will keep you updated....because all lies in the hands of the "Master of Court".....where it has already been....according to the first guy, who left Citadel.....huh? Both old and new guy was / is employees of Citadel. So, who is to blame for this absolute mess and disgrace?? Citadel. Who sould sort this out? Citadel....This passing of blame...how is it acceptable? Taking hard earned money and trust, for years, and now only shifting blame and buying tine, whilst just doing nothing but come up with lame excuses.....no one willing to man up....going the extra mile.....pathetic to say the least!!

It is now more than 2 years after my father in law passed away....his estate has yet to be finalized. Being a man so patricular with all his afairs and keeping such a neat and good, up to date filing system for all of his affairs...he would surely turn in his grave by the way Citadel has been handling his affairs!! It is an absolute disgrace and there is still no closure....no feedback....just more and more lame excuses!! Whist trying to move on...one has to constantly deal with a company and it's employees incompetance and lack for compassion...what is the next step then...FAIS....lawyers? As by now we strongly suspect a big, fat rat somewhere....

whilst the JSE has recouped by 48% since March 2020 and hit huge highs of over 67000 points this year, Citadels performance has been shocking. My funds have stagnated whilst most other asset management companies have recouped from the crash of March last year and have been doing really well. My advice; Do not invest with Citadel.
