Amazing Service
Citton Cars Gezina gave me outstanding service. The staff were friendly, patient and very professional. They made sure I understood the whole process. Their cars are clean and well maintained. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them.

Amazing Service
Citton Cars Gezina gave me outstanding service. The staff were friendly, patient and very professional. They made sure I understood the whole process. Their cars are clean and well maintained. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend them.

Horrible Experience Ever
I purchased an Audi A5 Sportback 2016 s-line in August 2022 from a not so gentle man called Drikus du Preez. The car sales went well although I had to always follow up during finance approval stage there was no status update whatsoever. I did get the car in excellent condition and drove it for a week, but it still had to go for major service and Smash & Grab film installation as well as car wash services... this was well explained to me. I did bring the car as arranged but few days afterwards there was no updates on the progress so I had to follow up, only then I was notified that my car is ready for collection. Upon collection the next day I found the car very dirty and smelling very bad inside with only service done but Smash & Grab film not installed... U was very disappointed and demanded refund... only then this salesperson was willing to assist and arrange special day to have outstanding works done... Smash & Grab film was installed... Tracking device installed and full car wash service rendered same day while waiting at Cittons Cars Gezina branch... I was happy when I left the dealership around 12pm until my sister phoned me later on that day informing that her money in her bank account is all gone... She sent all transactions SMSs all done in Pretoria and I live in Kempton Park... I informed Drikus who initially ignored my calls, well understood it was after hours ( Saturday).... but later on responded that they will check their cameras on Monday and give me feedback... When I followed up the same Monday I was told by the Drikus that they are busy with camera... that was the 19th September 2022 until today the 10th April 2023 I have not received any response although I followed up afterwards few times. To be honest I feel so undermined maybe it is because I am black and the white salesperson wouldn't waste his time unless I complained so as to just shut me up. I was not expecting Cittons Cars to pay the money lost but at least an effort to show they care about their customers would do. This is a horrible experience and wouldn't want anyone to experience it too.
