Council Solutions
I contracted Council Solutions to resolve a matter with City of Johannesburg. Council Solutions charged a high fee for their services however very little to no feedback was received form them and the matter has to date not been resolved. I would not recommend using the services of Council Solutions as I found them to be unprofessional and unable to resolve the matter they were contracted to resolve. I would recommend saving your money and attending to your matter with COJ yourself. You will provide a better service to yourself than Council Solutions are able to.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, GOING 10 EXTRA MILES!
Our electricity was cut off due to an administration error on Tshwane side. We were without power for 5 days, no hot water, and we even had to get rid of our food in the fridge!!! If it wasn't for Corlia and her team from City Counsil Solutions we probably would have gone even longer without electricity! They were simply EXCEPTIONAL!! Handled everything for me with the utmost professionalism and urgency! I cannot recommend this company more! I truly believe we would still be without electricity if it weren't for them! I cannot thank you enough for your fantastic service! DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER FOR OTHER COMPANIES, THIS IS WHO YOU WANT TO SUPPORT, THEY WILL GET IT DONE FOR YOU!!

Outstanding service - City Council Solutions
After the passing of my father, my mother ended up with complicated City Council account issues. I have utilised the services of Corlia and her team before and I, without hesitating, consulted City Council Solutions again as to address and rectify the account. Again, this remarkable service provider quickly resolved the problem and my mother once again has peace of mind in regards to her Tshwane City Council account. Open a wrong account address
City Council Solutions done me wrong, as I first time buyer of a property I was very excited about it but now it have turned into a nightmare. City Council under section B of a rates and tax account they have put wrong address that doesn't below to us who lives at 74 Azima View one, Doornpoort. The matter become worse when we receive a rates and tax account that was under developer that it owing rates and utility fees and they are going to disconnect our electricity for which they did. I raised this issue with City Council and they didn't help me as soon as possible to stop the disconnection of electricity because of their mistake during bond registration. How can I ow rates and utility if the account that you provided to me and is under my name is up to date? and for that I am using prepaid electricity, and how come the property developer account was not closed because I understand that there should be a clearance certificate before a new owner can have a new rates account. This is not acceptable because I am in the darkness for other people wrong doing.

City Council Solution Not worth the money to resolve a Tshwane querie
I'm disappointed because the feedback from City Council Solutions is the same answer that I reveived from Tshwane when I was at the Offices in Centurion, that they busy with ajustments. Ive paid a R1150 without the problem being resolved. And if I would like them to follow up there is another payment of R4000!!!! It is not worth the expense to use City Council Solution I'm actually worse off than before I contacted them.

Outstanding service - City Council Solutions
After I received an absolutely outrageous account from the City Council of Tshwane, I followed the route of reporting the matter via official Tshwane channels as to get the matter resolved. I was unsuccessful in every instance and I endured extreme frustration as to get assistance. I decided to utilise the services of Corlia and her team at City Council Solutions, and what an AMAZING experience! The problem with my account was identified, within a few days my account was rectified and I received the correct billing from the City Council of Tshwane. Thank you for the very effective, professional and quick resolution to my problem. I strongly recommend Corlia and her team at City Council Solutions for any issues experienced with City Council billings.
