Unprofessional
Good day I have used city movers to move me on the 30 November 2021 and one of their employees broke my mirrors of my dressing table...tbey said they they would take responsibility and repair it themselves because they didn't want to get fired and we agreed... It's almost 2 months now and they still haven't returned it and l have contacted the owner of the company Miss Chenge and she refused to take responsibility and she said that l was supposed to report it to her and l explained that her employee wanted to take responsibility... She started yelling at me and said l should do what I want to... I find this behavior disgusting and unprofessional??????

Awesome company!!!!
I normally use EeziMove, but due to my making a very late booking (my own fault!) they were unable to assist me this time, and I decided to try City Movers. Honestly.... Wow! What an incredible team. Super easy process, all the way from booking to delivery. Their prices are so good I initially thought it was a scam. Team is helpful, friendly, hard working, and professional. I really enjoyed my interaction with them, from start to finish!

No breakages,No scratches
Wooow. I am out of words because of your excellent service. Your guys loaded all my stuff well and my husband was also very happy. How you managed to fit all our furniture and garage stuff with no breakages is still a wonder to me. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends.
