Friendly and efficient service - especially from Lerato Mohlala!
This is a shout-out to Lerato Mohlala (Billing & Accounts), who assisted me with my query in a friendly and efficient manner. She listened and was patient, looked up and cross-checked readings, explained what was going on and why consumption figures can sometimes be based on estimates. She also explained and reassured me that once actual readings are done, the numbers will balance out. In general, I was impressed with every person I encountered at the municipality. From the minute I stepped through the door, I experienced friendly and helpful people who referred me to the right person (Lerato), straight away - no waiting, no queues. I wish it was the same at other municipalities. What I anticipated might be a long dragged out process, was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Excellent service
From Registration of Rates to payment's. There is a Lady by the name of Nonhlanhla. Excellent service. You can come anytime of the day, the welcoming smile she give and great. The way she explains in details when you don't understand something. I'm happy customer

Power outage
Pathetic service, from contact centre operators to the technicians that are meant to serve the public needs. In the delta area we have been out of power since Saturday and when power was restored only Lockwood Estate was still off and when calling the offices to find out why, no one can provide a tangible reason, we pay a lot of money for electricity and water, only to receive this kind of **************. Are we being discriminated because the complex is full of African Black owners and tenants? Why are we not treated equally when residing in the same error, is priority only given to whites and high income earners?? We go to bed on empty stomachs, bath with cold water in these cold weather's and all technicians do is restoring power on certain complexes and leave without finishing the job

City of Mbombela deliverying great service
This government building opens on Saturdays and the level of service rendered here is amazing. Keep up the great work team. You make our lives as customers easier. I am really learning that all municipal department in Mbombela are all so well run versa the Gauteng and othe Province's municipal. Maybe the people running Mbombela Municipal must run Gauteng and the other problematic municipals. Even transport (Buscor) is well run.
