Do not use thia company ever!!!

Extremely poor service, unprofessional conduct, and unacceptable customer treatment.

This company never arrived for our scheduled move, despite the date and time being arranged one month in advance and paid for. On the day of the move, they were completely unreachable — they did not answer phone calls or messages at all.

Only four hours later did we receive a message saying “sorry, we were busy.” This is completely unacceptable, especially as this happened over New Year, leaving us stranded and forced to urgently make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

To make matters worse, the refund process has been just as pathetic. I have been given endless, changing excuses — holidays, finance director, accountant, someone out of the country — with no accountability and no urgency. I have had to repeatedly chase my own money, which is unacceptable.

Thankfully, Linarich Movers came to our rescue at the very last minute. They went out of their way to help us, drove a long distance, and handled the move professionally under extremely short notice. I would highly recommend using Linarich Movers instead. 📞 010 500 6067 / 084 765 1722
