Really bad service

They ask for a R4500.00 deposit. And promise they will come and collect my staff on the 17th of December 2025 by 1 o'clock. By 12 o'clock they let me know they can not make it because the lady before us used all the space up. Then they promise me by the Friday they will go and collect me and my daughter's stuff again by 1 o'clock. Just to ask them did they collect it. And they say no the following week. Then and the next day they told me they will pay my deposit back. Its now the 20th of January 2026 and still nothing. They don't even reply on my WhatsApp or answer my phone call.
