Settlement amount

My daughter was studying with City Varsity from 2018 till 2020 when she graduated. I've been struggling to pay the fees, but I've never missed a payment. I've been paying on arrangement. I don't even receive a statement but they're very quick to send their rude agents to call and demand the payment. They even handed me over without my knowledge. Three days ago I received an sms saying I can qualify for up to 40% discount if I settle the account. I didn't respond because I wanted to seek for money first before I can talk to them. Yesterday I called for a settlement amount the lady insisted on sending the statement. I asked her if she heard what I said l, she said yes , my account doesn't qualify for discount. I'm not happy with this institute they're a ****. Please assist me on obtaining the settlement amount. The last time I knew that I owe them R19000 and confirm when and where should I go and collect the certificate after settling the account.
