Poor form from citynet
We get cut regularly due to the rates and taxes not being paid on time ,The willows flats on Beaconsfield lane in primrose, we as the tenants are tired of paying our rent on time and still suffer with this nonsense, please respond Citynet as this is quite honestly nonsense.

disgustingly messy and unprofessional.
If you are looking for a reliable company that handles matters accordingly and in time please look elsewhere. Citynet is a mess, they are unprofessional, unreliable and out to get money from residents. They NEVER respond to emails, they don't send rental statements and are very inconsistent with their employees as you never know who works there and who doesn't. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. this company is disgustingly messy and unprofessional. Looking to move out as soon as I can because I pay to much money for this disgusting lack of service delivery and general horrid environment

If you are looking for a reliable company that handles matters accordingly and in time please look elsewhere. Citynet is a mess, they are unprofessional, unreliable and out to get money from residents. Ripping off clients
CityNet doesn’t bother to be attentive to their clients Motla Utilities billed me R558 for water they just pick up and send me the invoice knowing that bill of the meter reading is wrong and way too much for a 1bedroom apartment usage they are thieves daylight robbers I can’t move from paying R162 for water to R558 within 6 months they should respect us please and correct their invoices so we pay them what we owe because this is stealing should be a legal matter

Citynet delaying my refund and giving me excuses
Citynet is giving me the run around with my refund, I am being given different dates and I moved out end of June.I spoke to Phindi who referred me to Refiloe who's now referring me to Katlego. I was told I will get my refund after 7 working days, then the said the 15th & now they changed to the 25th.This kind of treatment after so many years of staying at Citynet Germiston?

Poor service
I am not one to complain about poor service but unfortunately Citynet in Norwoods' service is pathetic! A few weeks ago I came to enquire about a unit in Norwood village. I tried for a few days to get hold of the agent who did not answer my calls or reply to my messages. I went to the office in Norwood and spoke to the Manager who is also the agent for the units. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Due to Covid, she advised that they cannot view. Her approach was abrupt and unprofessional. She directly told me that "it's best I find an alternative apartment" instead of finding solutions and being helpful. Yesterday, another agent from CityNet called me to view the same unit. I thought I give them another chance. Only to find that after driving to the viewing they (the agents) was a complete no show. When I went to the office, the lady advised me that the viewing was cancelled due to fumigation problems, but failed to inform me. Absolutely shocking, poor service. I personally would not want to deal with them in future nevermind look after my property.

Parking billed incorrectly
City net billed me parking that I did not use. I have been trying for 3 months to fix this but they have been promising me lies. The way I hate this company right now and I cannot move out because I have signed a 1 year lease agreement.

Bad service
I applied for a flat at 28 Betty str managed by Chorus last week. A lady by the name of Nonkululeko called me and said my ID looks like something that was made. I then went and made a copy of my smart card and certified it. I have waited for a reply for a week and no one called me up until today. I have been calling the company two or three times a day to ask if I was approved or not. I called them again on Friday but they told me the manager who does approvals is not there. Nonkululeko said there is nothing she can do, I can either wait for Monday or go look for a place somewhere else. Today it's Monday , I called them at 11:00 , they said Nonkululeko's line is busy. It is like they don't care at all. Why do you open a business if you are not prepared to help people .
