CLAIM UIF NOW - NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Have taken my money, after obtaining all UI19 and salary schedules from my previous employers and sent it to Claim UIF now and followed up if it was received by them, they told me I will receive my first payment within 15 days, WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN!! Have been trying to get ahold of them, no response to emails. I contacted the UIF offices on 6 Jan 2020 where I was informed that some of my paperwork is STILL OUTSTANDING! Still have not received any feedback from Claim UIF now to date 13 Jan 2020!!!!
