3rd June 2024 their client revist in to my car- 1.Im consistently needed ingredients to follow up and follow up. 2. The lady that I'm dealing with tells me I'm not her client (WOW) 3.I had to drive around looking for 3 quotation and some only last for 30days bearing in mind I also had to take Time of from my work day to to this. 4. The assessor came to check the car 24th June 2024 who was 20 mins late (but apologized and communicated) he told me that I would get feedback by the Friday or latest the Monday after the 24th June 2024. 6 .I then call the Tuesday and I'm told the dates are wrong the accident happened the 5th Of MAY 2024 AND NOW IM HIGHLY ANNOYING BECAUSE THIS HAPPEN THE 3RD JUNE 2024 SO NOW IM GIVEN A RUN AROUND AND THE FACT THAT IVE HANDED ALL THE DOCUMENTS IN AND AGAIN I THEN SEND THE ACCIDENT REPORT... THIS COMPANY HAD LEFT ME WITH A WHOLE BAD EXPERIENCE; JUST BY THE FACT THAT I GET TOLD IM NOT THEIR CLIENT WOW IM SHOCKED SADLY I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THIS YOU DONT CALL EXCELLENT. What make me extremely annoyed is that this woman tells me I'm not her client and I must follow up YES FAIR IM NOT HER CLIENT BUT YOUR CLIENT

they should not even get this one star - a Servest company vehicle drove into the rear of my vehicle in may 2022 - first it took Servest how long to actually get the process going on their side just to need to get hold of this company as well as Paladin to find out what is happening with the claim. When i had spoken to them over a month ago it was required to send my quotes as well as vehicle details and all other required information. i had done this the same day - only a month later after emailing on a constant basis they tell me they need the registration paper of my vehicle ALL DELAY TACTICS... now today i call them again and it is just more excuses given. i want this escalated - my three year old is constantly breathing in fumes from this incident and really ****** unfair treatment and pathetic service we are receiving - either they have this resolved or pay me out according to the estimates provided and i will sort this out my self!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CLAIM DOCUMENTS SENT TO THEM ON 9 APRIL, 3 WEEKS HAS PASSED AND I AM STILL AWAITING APPROVAL FOR MY CLAIM. I CONSTANTLY NEED TO CALL AND EMAIL AND NOBODY GIVES ME FEEDBACK. I've registered a third party claim on the 12 September 2017, referred no 17/030/00767 for the accident happened on the 22/08/2017, till today the claim has not been approved, when I call them, they 1st told me that it went for approval, the manager is not available, I must call after 2 weeks, just imagine... when I call after that 2 weeks, (biggining of October) they told me they are waiting for drivers license, even today they are still waiting for the drivers license, the claim is still not approved.
