Really excellent service from the time I took in my washing machine which went faulty in Christmas week. The whole process of booking it in and having it transferred out the back of my bakkie into their workshop went very smoothly. Within two days I received the quote, which was very reasonable, and a couple of days later the machine was repaired and ready for collection. The attitude and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding.

The worst customer experience from start to finish. Interuptive staff when the customer is speaking. A manager called Sebastian, who does not want to take responsibility for damaging my property. Arrogant mother ****er who I almost slapped into 2025. Lost my inlet pipe I took in for servicing together my my frontloader. Replaces it with an old one and no compensation to replace it with a new one. I was told not to take my machine there but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Worst mistake ever. Ombudsman loading.

I called on Saturday morning, 24th Feb 2024. I explained that my oven door glass had shattered, and that I needed to replace it. I was told that they would phone Defy first thing on Monday and obtain a price for replacing it. I phoned on Monday at 2:55 pm and was put through to Spares. It rang for a while, and then this American voice tells me they cannot find the person I am looking for (and there was no specific person, I was just waiting for Spares to answer) and the call was killed. Well, I'll never contact them again, I'll call Defy and purchase fit the door myself. This company is useless.

They kept my mother waiting all day after making an appointment, they would not give her a time for the appointment while her husband was on his last legs in ICU at Vincent Pallotti. Disgusting service to say the least. On top of this they demand a call out fee to be paid until they will tell you what is wrong with the appliance to be repaired. Bad service and business ethics ....

Horrible customer service, currently trying to return a faulty gas hob we bought 2 weeks ago, and constantly being met with excuses. The gas cooktop is obviously faulty (my entire kitchen reeks of gas when we turn it on), even tested with a different tank and hose to ensure the connections were intact. Tried explaining this on the phone but was told I needed to come in to store, only to be told they need to send their own technician to my home to check. Why can't it be tested in store? Or collected and tested, instead I need to wait for a technician, after a day of waiting we called again and was told nobody has been able to contact the technician yet. Absolute waste of time. Will never shop here again.

This is the most Pathetic Business. I placed and paid for an order a week ago and nobody knows anything about the order. I phoned them a few times and used up all my airtime they never phone back this is really very poor service
