A while back I was searching a number and paid to check it did not sign up or get any information. But today I saw this above-mentioned company tried to deduct 500 and something from my account and I did not give permission for them to do so.

Unauthorized deduction

My money was deducted without my knowledge..I am not happy that my last cent we deducted , I need refund please.

Claritycheck is a total ****. I received a call from a Number that I don't know Tried to verify it with Claritycheck, did the payment and everything. Results never came out instead they asking me to pay again. How ridiculous, people please watch out. Their customer service does not work, they have set it in auto reply. Been getting this response the whole of yesterday and today

Unauthorized charges

Today, I had to cancel my card after they tried to charge me $29, even though I only made a once-off payment for a single report last week. How can they charge me again as if it’s a subscription

Bad business practices

They don't tell you that it's a subscription and they don't show it properly on their site, they even state it's not clear enough to show customers it's a subscription

Don't USE this F_ckery!!!!!

If I could give -5 stars I would!. Don't use these people the randomly debit your account by Hundreds of rands early ears of the morning or whenever the f#ck they want!. This is without authorizing a debit orders. Also you cant even view why. Cancel your account now if you have one , not worth it!!!!!!!!!

The phone number lookup tied directly into public info, and I could tell right away something was off. Saved me from a bad decision. Layout’s easy too - not buried in clutter.
