No existent service!!! :(

I'm unsure if this is even a real business. I paid for a football shirt on the 20th of November 2023 thinking that the package should arrive by Christmas. Needless to say, it's March 2024 and I'm still waiting for my package to be delivered. I have written numerous emails and sent whatsapp messages and only once received a very vague whatsapp response back with no commitment as to when I will get my shirt. The automated messages that get sent when you first make your purchase give you a sense that your package will be delivered soon but BEWARE, it just never arrives.
