Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received! The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. It’s rare to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received! The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. It’s rare to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but this one absolutely does. Highly recommended!

Terrible Service and skimping on the product used.
Absolutely the worst after service I have ever experienced. We spent over R80 000 having our floor redone. Not even 3 months later the floor is lifting, chipping and cracking throughout the house. I have tried making contact for over a month and I am either ignored or false promises are made. Absolutely devastated about our floor after spending so much money. DO NOT USE this company at all. It might look pretty right after but they skimp on the product so in essence not giving you the full value of your money spent and it doesn’t last. VERY DISAPPOINTING, stay away.

Terrible quality flooring! Stay away!
<div>The salesman was quick to visit us to pick out the colour, but it was a mess from the moment the deposit was paid. First they lost the colour which was carefully selected. They arrived late on site everyday. They rushed the job and did not allow enough drying time before the final coat - this caused the top layer to discolour and form bubbles. They had to sand the whole floor and redo the whole floor. The second attempt was just as bad... footprints, patches of floor without epoxy topcoat. They ignored requests to fix it and blocked me on social media. Don't make the mistake we did. Stay away!</div>

Beautiful floor
Wow my floor looks amazing ,even better than I expected. At a good price with a well organised team, what a great and smooth experience from start to finish. I'd happily recommend them for such exceptional job done

Very professional services. They understand the stress that can come with new housing projects and they work hard to alleviate that from their customers. We contracted them to redo our house floor. They were to do Deco cement floors. Apart from starting a day late they snooped around my house whilst suppose to do floors and stole items such a cellphone, food from our grocery cupboard and used my dishcloths from my kitchen drawers to clean dust of the floors. They did not complete the project as floors are cracked and kept postponing to enable us to have our house back. They are highly unprofessional with shabby workmanship and cannot be trusted as the snooped around our house and stole from us. We have camera footage to the above accusations. A section of the floor needs ro be redone entirely and we will have to source another contractor as they cannot be trusted at all!! Stay away from Classic Work Creations
