Cahoots nightmare
Goodday Be careful for CLB Maintenance (Christo Bischoff) He is in cahoots with Zurec Construction (Gurt Swanepoel) We received a quote from CLB Maintenance (Christo Bischoff) to maintain a slate roof ........ he said the work is too big for him he only handle smaller projects and recommended Zurec Construction (Gurt Swanepoel) as the absolute best! Zurec Construction (Gurt Swanepoel) quote is then double than anybody else but because CLB Maintenance (Christo Bischoff) recommend him so high and say nob ody else is so good etc etc one do except it and that is where the nightmare start! DO NOT USE THEM ....You will regret it! Be careful for Zurec construction (Gurt Swanepoel) workmanship the worst one can ever think of. Zurec construction specializes in slate roofs..........so they say BUT be careful there workmanship is extremely poor and afterwards the roof had more issues and leaks than EVER before. Then Zurec construction/Gurt Swanepoel cry poverty. Charges vat but not even vat registered. Quotations states he is NHBRC member but not the truth. Also be careful for CLB Maintenance (Christo Bishoff).
