Waste of time

Unreliable. I was contacted by Kyle at midday on a Thursday to arrange a time for him to come and view the garden, and provide me with a quote. We arranged for him to come the following Monday at 9.30. He said he would check my address to ensure it falls within the area they service, and will contact me to let me know if it does not. However he assured me that it should be fine as he knows the area I reside in. I didn't hear from him so presumed all was fine. I get a call at just after 9am on the morning he is supposed to come by, to tell me that the area I live in falls out of the area they service, and he will not be coming. No apologies were provided for wasting my time. This information should have been checked by him and communicated to me the previous week, allowing me to find someone else in time. It was completely disrespectful of my time. And based on the bad reviews on hellopeter and some Google reviews, maybe he did me a favour.
