Worst credit clearing company ever

This company is bull****. They are quick to deduct the money needed for the process but that is where it ends. I am struggling for almost 2 years now for them to help but when you ask for feedback or updates, they just ignore you. You never get a hold of them, and should you be lucky enough to get a hold of them they are full of excuses. I had to send my ID to them 3 times for the credit bureau to give me a clearance certificate but 6 months later no certificate. They are useless
