I bought a couch at their shop that was located in Springfield Durban and they were out of stock. They told me that they will order from their Johannesburgh branch i must make payments so that i can come back and collect when they receive the stock. I paid R15 000 and that was around June 2023. When i went back, the shop was closed and the people i was communicating with were no longer taking my calls. I called their johannesburgh branch and one guy was assisting me and after a while his fone was also not going through. These were office numbers that i was calling and up until now i still don’t have my sofaz and the refund that i was promised i never received.
