I just want to alert people about Clearance Warehouse. In 2021 i bought couches in this shop on laybye, a lay bye was for 6 months but i finished paying off my lay bye within two months. I was told by the store manager that i will receive my goods after 25 working days because their head office is busy manufacturing them. Two months went by, and I enquired with the shop manager, and she told me there was a backlog, but I will eventually receive my goods. To cut the story shot, I did not receive my couches from the store in question nor my money. Late in 2022, I received an email from the liquidator telling me that the company/ shop has been closed across the country because they could not meet their demand, and it was suffering financially. So, up to this point I haven't received my money nor my furniture. I need to be assisted to get back my money. I still have receipts.
