********* and unfair practice from Clearview Fencing

I worked for Clearview Fencing for 4 months, in Dec 2024 there was a mistake made on a quote to a client , when I notified the management of this I was told to keep it that way , and even after Dec , in Jan and Feb 2025 I was again told to let sleeping dogs be, to not disclose this to the client. I also in the time I was there, witnessed management change details on a BEE certificate when I requested it for a client , which left me thinking if the certificate they have is even legit. When I resigned from the company in Feb 2025 they refused to pay me my notice period of 1 week even though they asked me to leave immediately, they didn't pay may days worked from the last pay day till the day i resigned and also not my commission.
