Cletora Fashion scamming buyers

I was approached on Instagram by Cletora Fashion to become a brand ambassador and was offered a discount when I purchase. Since this is not the first time I am approach - usually by reputable brands I accepted. I have placed an order on their website - Cletora.com and received one email with confirmation of payment and order. This was beginning October 2020. To date I am yet to receive any response to any of my emails or messages on the social platform regarding my order. The conclusion I have reached is that the $60 order (order nr Order #10428 ) - immediately taken from my bank account forms part of a scam.
