VERY PATHETIC SERVICE

I placed an order a week ago. My money was taken from my bank account immediately. I made a mistake with my delivery address - sent an email requesting a change - got an immediate response. I have been trying ever since trying to find out where my order is. Tried numerous emails, whatsapp and messaging on the web page. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. My next attempt will be to send a friend (large unfriendly type) living near their address to get my money back. Chris Kruger has no decency at all - not responding. My advice right now is do not even go to their website.
