Clickify refund
We purchased books on line then on changing schools, we sent an email to notify them that we won't be needing the books due to change in circumstances. The reply was very professional and understanding and we were asked to supply banking details and confirm. We confirmed and waited in vain. On following up we were now told the shipment has gone so we had to return the books at our cost. No return address or procedure explained instead we got automated messages explaining delays. We really feel this was a terrible way to deal with customers. We understand a mistake could have happened but no apology no explanation just felt dumped by supplier in a rough way.

THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE!
I have yet to come across such a deplorable business in my life. They don't deliver on time; they don't answer emails and they don't answer their phones. They have subsequently closed all their social media accounts so that you have NO way of making contact with them. After failing to deliver I requested a refund. I have been ignored blankly. I have had to source books elsewhere and now 6 weeks later they are wanting to deliver my books. I am out of pocket now! Beyond Disgusting! Whatever you do, DO NOT place orders with this company!

CLICKIFY IS AN UNETHICAL, PATHETIC COMPANY
ON THE 10 JANUARY I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TEXTBOOKS FOR MY DAUGHTER WHOSE SCHOOL RE-OPENED ON THE 17 JANUARY 2023. ON THE 11 JANUARY I RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL AND THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE ADRESS STIPULATED AND NOT AT THE SCHOOL. IT ALSO WENT ON TO SAY THE NORMAL TURN AROUND TIME IS 10 - 15 DAYS HOWEVER, THIS IS BEING REDUCED TO 5 - 7 DAYS. AFTER NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER NOR HEARING FROM THE COMPANY AFTER 5 - 7 DAYS, I STARTED CALLING ON THE NUMBER PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE, WHICH IS A CELL PHONE NUMBER: 083 776 2974. IT WAS ON THE 16TH JANUARY. I CONTINUED CALLING ALMOST EVERY DAY AND THE PHONE WAS RINGING UNANSWERED. THEN STOPPED HOPING THAT MAYBE I SHOULD WAIT FOR THE 12 - 15 DAYS TURN AROUND TIME. STILL NOTHING. THEN I SENT AN EMAIL RAISING ALL THESE CONCERNS. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THERE ARE DELAYS AND I WAS NOTIFIED OF THESE BY SOME CATHERINE STOCKTON. I RESPONDED AND REFUTED THIS. NO FURTHER RESPONSE. ON THE 27 JANUARY I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL THREATENING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY AND THAT I WAS MISLEAD AND NOT MADE AWARE OF THE DELAYS AND THAT MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL IS BEING HAMPERED BY THIS. I THEN RECEIVED ANOTHER PATHETIC APOLOGY AND THE COMPANY CLAIMING THAT IN FACT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT ON THE 27TH JANUARY, HOW CONVENIENT. I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH ANY DETAILS ABOUT MY ORDER EXPECT FOR A DODGY TRACKING NUMBER THAT READ: NNDTHB. NOTHING ELSE WAS PROVIDED AND NOTHING ELSE MORE THAN 72 HOURS LATER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND THEIR PHONES ARE STILL OFF THE HOOK. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY UNPROFESSIONAL, IT IS UNSCRUPULOUS, IT IS MISLEADING, UNETHICAL AND THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM BECAUSE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER AFTER THEY HAVE FRUSTRATED YOU. THEY ARE PATHETIC LIARS WITH A PATHETIC PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Scammers, cannot be trusted
This company should never be used or trusted. I ordered from them in early Jan they promised delivery in 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. They don’t answer emails or calls. They are not capable of providing and service. They should not trusted in providing such delicate service. Schools should find alternatives.

Order paid over a month ago and not received !
This company is a scam do not use! I ordered stationary in December 2022 and have been given the run around since, I still have not received it, the person in charge keeps giving excuses and and lies that do not make sense! She told me that my order was delivered to the school on the 21st and no such a thing happened. This is not the only complaint other parents have been affected too. Don’t waste your time with this scam of a company!!!

Clickify Textbook Supplier Missing In Action
Clickify has not delivered textbooks ordered in December 2022 even though they promised to deliver in the first two weeks of January 2023 via their website for orders made in December 2022. When asking for an update via admin@clickify.co.za and 083-776-2974 there's no response, the phone goes to voicemail and emails go unanswered. These are people that our schools recommend we get books from. It's week 3 of January, books have not arrived, there's been no communication whatsoever on what issues there are if any. We can't buy books elsewhere because we don't know if we will get a refund or get to cancel the order made because there is no response from them. Do not buy from Clickify especially if you're in Gauteng, their service is appalling and they are all the way in KZN. Bookbound and other book suppliers in JHB do a better job and they're reachable
