Paid for my child's items but the manager refused to give me the items.

Clicks Blueberry Square, Honeydew. I was at Clicks with my last R400 in my bank account, bought my 2 year old sick son medication and nappies and food. I get to the till, hand my Clicks card and my bank card, i punch my pin, the lady says its not through there is a network problem. I check my Bank App and show her that the R256.25 has gone off my account. She says i must wait it will be reverse into my account, i waited for almost an hour. At this point i am so frustrated, i have a sick child waiting for me at home, the manager tells me i cannot take these items i paid for. I felt like the staff thought im trying to rob the store or something, which was very offensive. 21/03/25
