To Whom it may concern

I was at Clicks in Clearwater Mall yesterday, when I received unacceptable service by the so-called manager thami.

I took the item from a shelve that had 2 prices. Once being R 99.99 and the other one being R 119.99.

When I got to the till, Aphiwe scanned the item, and it reflected R 230.

I advised her that this is not the price I saw on the shelve. She then asked thami to go have a look and I followed him.

When we got to the shelve, he says these items were scattered and therefore the price remains.

I asked him to show me where the R230 is on that shelve and he couldn’t because there were only 2 prices as stated on the above.

He started being DEFENSIVE, ****Y, RUDE and RAISING HIS VOICE towards me.

It is when I took out my phone and started recording. I told him not once, not twice to stop being arrogant and speaking to me like he owns Clicks.

It is so unfortunate that people like thami are managers, yet they can’t use their reasoning capacities and resolves minor issues.

Patience handled my case like a real Manager, so smooth and sound. She assured me that this will be dealt with accordingly.

I must say thami is very:

- *********** - Requires extensive training - NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED BECAUSE THE NAME TAG THAT READS MANAGER HAS REALLY GOTTEN INTO HIS HEAD.

I’m a very loyal customer to Clicks and had never ever in the many years have experienced this .
