Law Society of the Northern Provinces v Scalco
Law Society of the Northern Provinces v Scalco (90063/2015) [2015] ZAGPPHC 907 (31 December 2015) ‘The evidence presented shows that the respondent was responsible for a number of financial irregularities, contraventions of the Attorneys Act and breaches of the Law Society's Rules’ ‘The case came before me in the urgent court. It was common cause that the respondent has been practising without a fidelity fund certificate. I accordingly made an interim order suspending the respondent from practice pending my judgment on the Law Society's application to have the respondent removed from the roll. An attorney who is required to have but is not in possession of a valid fidelity fund certificate simply may not practise. Every moment that she does makes her a danger to the public.’

Attorney practising without a valid fidelity fund certificate - WARNING BELLS SHOULD SIGNAL
Clorinda Rovina Scalco (aka) the "bag lady" was previously suspended from practice pending an application by the Law Society to have her name struck from the roll of practising attorneys for practising without a valid fidelity fund certificate. In essence unbeknown to her clients placing them at serious risk. She is currently practising as an associate under the name and style of Sclaco Attorneys Inc. Her daughter in law (Hannah) seems to be keeping the ship afloat. The general public should be warned against such practices.

property illegally taken
i just moved in into a new place only to find that the previous person who used to stay had some dealings with the above attorneys. Yesterday they broke into my place and took my TV, fridge and other things. My food are on the floor as am typing this. I need help. i didn't even sleep last night am still in shock and feeling abused by this people.
