Unable to return incorrectly supp**** trainers. No physical address and no customer care.

Placed order easily on website. I followed up on order delivery by calling them on a cell number which went straight to voice mail. I then WhatsApp called and a lady answered. She responded with an update on delivery process. Parcel arrived via Aramex. Nike trainers delivered were wrong size. Sent UK 7.5 instead of UK 8.5. To date I have yet to receive a response to email, WhatsApp calls or messages. Their cell phone goes straight to voicemail and WhatsApp calls just ring. Messages are delivered but not read.

Clothing Brothers website has no return physical address. Aramex say their collections are via dropbox and have no physical address for them. So I have no way of returning the incorrectly supp**** trainers. For record the trainers received are neatly boxed but the model supp**** compared to my son's current pair do not look the same and fear these are not original.

I have never experienced such poor service and would strongly recommend people should buy from other companies.
