Don’t buy from this company.
Please be warned that although this company says orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase, orders are shipped from China. Please also note that should you wish to return an item, you will need to send it back to China. Absolutely useless ****.

Their are a **** ! False Advertising ! Wish I had read all there shocking reviews before I ordered . Did try and STOP my order ! But they were very quick to deduct money from account , now they don’t respond to emails ! They need to be stopped and Facebook needs to block them

Their are a **** ! False Advertising ! Wish I had read all there shocking reviews before I ordered . Did try and STOP my order ! But they were very quick to deduct money from account , now they don’t respond to emails ! They need to be stopped and Facebook needs to block them

Orthopedic sneakers
I received the sneakers after 3 weeks but it really really looks very cheap. The sole of the sneakers are hard plastic and not rubber. It's supposed to be orthopedic shoes for walking, I cannot see how this sneakers won't slip during wet conditions. Also, it is shipped from China to a Cape Town warehouse which then distribute to Capetonians. I will not feel comfortable wearing it, because it looks Very cheap- my 13 year old daughter has taken the sneakers instead. Not worth the money paid

CLOUD-CAPE TOWN IS A SCAM AND THEY SELL RUBBISH!!!!!
This is an absolute scam, I should have checked Hellopeter before purchasing. The takkies arrived, not even in a box and they are THE most uncomfortable takkies I've ever worn - I've thrown them away. They cost me R799, Cloud Orthopedic sneakers!! These people should be shut down. Do not buy from them, you can buy the same rubbish in Chinatown for next to nothing. Don't be fooled by Cape Town in their name, they are not South African!

Was asked to submit pics with shoe on - which i did. Then Hannah from Cloud CT says i must arrange for item to be shipped to them through buffalo couriers? Called Buffalo, to be told Cloud CT need to arrange pickup from their end. There is no address & no contact number for Cloud CT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have never had such a bad experience in my life.

Apple Watch strap: excellent quality
I ordered an Apple Watch cover+strap 44mm metal, and then immediately regretted it. Communicating with this company seemed robotic, with the minimum amount of information being given. I had resigned myself to the fact that perhaps this was a scam, which didn’t help when I went to check their online reviews. I’d given up hope but then received a tracking number, and 5 weeks after I placed the order, the strap arrived. Excellent quality, perfect fit and it looks the part. I’d say better than the pics. Super happy. If they would improve their communications then it would go a long way to keeping customers calmer.

Cloud Cape Town and SummerCape are a scam
This is a scam. It is a Chinese company posing as a Cape Town-based South African company. They will send the shoes, but they are most definitely not orthopaedic shoes. They are very cheap plastic shoes worth about R50. If you want a refund you have to return the shoes which costs a fortune as they need to be returned back to China. I have not heard of one person who has managed to get a refund. Now there is a new website called SUMMERCAPE (SummerCape) that has popped up all over Facebook and it looks strikingly similar. This happened after too many people cottoned onto CLOUD Cape Town. BEWARE. Do not buy from any of these sorts of companies.
