Cloud-Capetown Online store is a ****. Don't buy from Cloud Cape Town.
This site is a ****. Don't trust them. Do not buy anything. They falsely advertised pictures of shoes that look absolutely nothing at all like the picture, neither are the shoes orthopedic at all, but they charged exorbitant amounts for **** cheap chinese shoes. They took one month to deliver the **** shoes. I tried contacting them for a return but no- one replies to the email & there's no phone no to call. I was conned by this *****ulent online site. Don't waste your time or money on them.

Please dont buy from this *#@ place. They show lovely picture but you are definitely not getting what you pay for! The shoes I bought is supposed to be orthopedic shoes but Im sure it's like worst than flee market s*#t

This is an absolute **** where poor, so-called 'unique' quality fashion is marketed by "Fashion Cloud Capetown" posing from mainland China. What you see in the marketing pictures is definitely not what you receive from China after 3 weeks. Utterly unique poor quality, cheap unique stained fabrics, unpredictable unique sizing and very unique poorly made. The return policies are not stipulated and it will cost you more to return the unusable items to China than its worth. Stay away, way better quality and prices are locally available.

Misrepresentative and dishonest
Absolutely dishonest! Do not buy from them. The supplier is from China, the quality is very bad and it’s not the same as pictures. If you want to return, you have to pay by yourself which will cost more than the price of the item! I bought sandals for R699 which doesn’t worth even R100! This business needs to be closed down as their trading is just misrepresentative. Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before I buy from them otherwise I would never do that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They DEVIOUSLY use the name Cape or Cape Town in their name to market on Instagram and then you didscover after paying that they are in China. My two pairs of shoes arrived 4 weeks after ordering, one of them was dirty but ok, the other was the wrong size, wrong colour and wrong style. I've not been told this in response to my request for a return and refund: Hi Paula, Thank you for reaching out, although I'm sorry to hear that you're not entirely satisfied with your order. You have the right to apply for a return within 14 days since the product has been delivered and received. However, please note that all return charges are the customer's liability. False advertising
I ordered a jacket from this website. At no point did it mention that the items are from China and if I want to return the item I have to send it back to China at almost four times the value of the jacket. I find this unacceptable and will not advise anybody to buy from this website.

False advertising
I ordered a jacket from this website. At no point did it mention that the items are from China and if I want to return the item I have to send it back to China at almost four times the value of the jacket. I find this unacceptable and will not advise anybody to buy from this website.
