Worst Internet Service provider. There is no customer service, worst connection. You pay for a service but there is no connection , logged queries don't get answered. Would never recommend this to other people.

Extremely poor service.did online application was told installation would be done within 3-5 days. paid installation fee,it's now 7days and now struggling to get my refund of R1850 after proof of payment was sent and all other details they requested was submitted and confirmed that they received it.what do I do? Please help...Thanks

Without option we were transferred to Cloud Karoo after Breedenet was bought by herotel. It is impossible to get any informed support from Cloud Karoo. I needed assistance setting up a router by phone and the technician was just dictating a YouTube video to me. I hung up and found myself a youtube video. Signal is unreliable and I am regularly receiving well below the bandwidth I pay for.

I needed assistance setting up a router by phone and the technician was just dictating a YouTube video to me. I hung up and found myself a youtube video. Signal is unreliable and I am regularly receiving well below the bandwidth I pay for.

Really poor service. Couldn't put in no star. We were forced to move from Breedenet ISP to this company. From day 1 we have had nothing but TROUBLE - for 8 weeks! They have still NOT been able to fix the issue - they seem clueless and are blaming it on everything they can think of. We share a private wifi tower with our neighbour (on a farm) and they have exactly the SAME issue from the same time - so it is an issue on their side. I have had NO feedback from them for the last 3 1/3 weeks after numerous emails and speed tests done. Will be going to the Consumer Complaints Council unless this is sorted this week. They are part of the Herotel Group - who are also NOT answering my emails.
