Ooh my gosh guys please stay aways from this dealership. Really, really bad service. I took my F30 328i there for service, I have topped up coolant a few times in the last 6 months which I have never had to do in 5 years of owning this car. When I got there the service advisor asked me if there is anything I would like them to check when they did the requested service. I told him about the coolant top ups. Later that they I got a quote from them which I did not accept. The I went in later in the afternoon to collect my car. I was told it was in for testing. After 2 hours of waiting I was told the car was not ready and I must come back the following day. When I did come back I had to wait again. Eventually after I got the car, I drove for about 5KM and the coolant warning came on. As soon as I got to where I was going I checked and found that the coolant was over filled. As if that was not enough a Club Motors Fountains sticker was affixed on my car without my approval. I have had this car in and out of dealerships for over 5 years and never have any dealership feel the entitlement to affix a sticker on my car. Please guys do stay away. As I was waiting for the car on the first day I saw 2 women also complaining that they have never received such bad service. I am taking my car to another dealership for fixing their mess.

The worst experience @Pretoria BMW FOUNTAINS.My husband tooK the car it was overheating and they charged him more than 8000 Rand and they called him on thursday the 7th that the car is ready,we collected and within driving the car for less than 20km it started to overheat when we reached Pretoria west ,we towed the car on friday the 8th and the guy called Rian told us he tested it the previous day for about 10km and it was ok,when we chacked with the TRACKER the car didnt reach the kilometers that he said, which is very unprofessional of him to lie to us.He told us he replaced certain parts and when we requested our old parts he said he doesnt know where the other parts are and he brought one part that was not what was on our car it belongs to someone else and he wanted proof to say it is not our part ,his arrogance is beyond this world. We went there with the hope of the car being fixed but it came back the same and were told they will do a diagnosis again and they will charge us ,and the first time they assumed it might be a problem it was not properly diagnosed .We want our refund and they take back their parts there is nothing they did to that car. They are very useless they are not better than the guys on the streets.Pathetic service from BMW FOUNTAINS ,.When were there another car came and it was the same issue.

I took my car in for a service to club motors fountains for a brake fluid service. The next day the brakes were not right after the service so I took it back to them then later that day they called me to say they were testing my car and the bonnet flipped open and bent the whole bonnet and cracked the windscreen and also damaged the wipers. How the hell can a bonnet flip open backwards hitting the windscreen and bending both sides of the bonnet at the windscreen end. This is what the workshop manager LIBERTY told me. I do not believe this is what happened. This is total rubbish and not the truth. Something else happened in the workshop for this **** up to happen. All they can tell me is sorry for the “mishap”. The workshop manager is also a rude idiot who does NOT know how to treat a customer or tell the truth. I had a buyer on the car before this incident happened and told Liberty this and he tells me over the phone to LIE to the buyer and say my car is at the dealership for a 40 point check. I would never lie on something like this. My car is now sitting at Club Motors Gezina for repairs worth of over R 24 000.00 The sale of my car would be lost as well Do not service your car at club motors fountains any longer as they do not car about what happens to your at the dealership as the workshop manager Liberty will give you the “not our problem/don’t care” attitude.

Very much disappointed about the service at Club Motors Fountains. What was supposed to be a day 's work ended up being a 3 days works and was inconvenienced the whole weekend without a car. Incompetent service consultants and poor customer care.

Good day, I must say I thought club motor fountains was a good place to repair and service my car plus I didn’t listen to few people who told me never to send my car there but I ignored the negativity. So I had a problem with the car and towed it there and I was helped by Elvin Ford the After Sales Consultant, who was helping with all the process it was ok at first till I received my car back I noticed that the Aux was not working anymore, then I called and reported it guess what feedback I received from him ... he said that it’s not there problem at all they only worked on few things not the redio part but when my car went in it was working that’s what I told him plus few weeks of the water pump replacement it started leaking still he said that it’s not where they worked and it’s not his problem again. I am surprised what kind of service I received from them ,now I had to pay a huge amount of money for such nonsense,I ended up sending my car somewhere else imagine paying again for the same thing. I am not happy at all ****ed as no bodies business, bad service I will not recommend it ever I am done.

I took my car for service on 15 February 2018 for service. Today it is 23 February 2018 and my car is still with them. I get a promise on a daily basis that I will get my car the following morning and that never happens. Nobody calls to give me an update of what is happening to my car. They always wait for me to call. Yesterday, 22 Feb 2018 I went to the dealer and they promised that I will get my car today and they will call me in the morning to tell me the progress. Until now, 13H43, no one has called. I'm already used to this meaning I'm not getting my car today. I struggle a lot in terms of transport to work and to take my daugter to school. It is very dangerous for me to be travelling with a laptop downtown. I arrive home late and my daughter is always late at school due to relying on public transport. I explained this to the dealer and they told me they do not have any means of transport to assist me with.

I've had a very bad service at the Pretoria BMW fountains. I took my car in to be checked in mid 2017 as it had a low coolant signal. I was told that the car coolant just needed to be "added" or "refilled" and that the technicians did that so the car should now be fine. The sign then re appeared two weeks later, still last year but towards the end of 2017 and they told me that the service guys/technicians did not see anything wrong with the coolant system, the signal was not there when they looked at the car. Now in January, 24, 2018 the signal comes up and I take the car in to the bmw dealer, they then call me as usual to tell me that the car was done and that I will be picked up to collect it per usual, when I get there I was then told again that the service guys/technicians did not see the signal when they looked at the car so nothing could be done on the car, I told the lady at Reception (Lebohang) there that I was not happy about this as I found it hard to believe that the signal that was there for a week would just go away on its own. A couple of days later I called BMW fountains and spoke to a lady called Sharon, and she said it was not uncommon for my car (BMW x1, 2015, 76km) to have coolant problems every two weeks. It is now 14 February 2018 and the coolant/water signal is again lighting up. This is very unsatisfactory for a reputable and expensive brand like BMW. Are they stalling to replace or fix this until I run out of my motor plan. Not happy with this dealership.
