If your insurer refers you to this company, do yourself a favour and request an alternative. I have had the worst experience with these people. An absolute nightmare. I took my car in for repairs and in the process of fixing it, they broke something in my boot that was completely unrelated to what I had taken my car in for. It has since been a nightmare of back and forth trying to get them to fix this mess. They are unresponsive. If I could give them a zero, I would! STAY AWAY!!!

Very poor workmanship. Wouldn't recommend club motors fountains panelbeaters to any one. No quality control on their side before vehicles are delivered to customers. Vehicle repaired and delivered to me with Running paint marks, lots of fish eyes/ bubbles that burst leaving holes in paint. Where vehicle was welded on loadbin it is not even painted.white bakkie delivered with black paint on loadbin and raw metal marks where welded. Body line not straight. Bad finishing. Didn't accept the vehicle. Almost 2 weeks later vehicle is ready for collection again. Same ****. Better than the previous attempt but still a mess. Now pant work seems to be not sprayed properly. Black paint showing under neath the white paint, not shiny but dull. BLACK plastics by wheel arches full of white spray. Loadbin painted white but still raw metal not painted. Really a mess. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

My front bumper on my Ford Ecosport got ********** when I accidentally drove over a curb. Through Outsurance, I got sent to Club Motors Fountains Arc. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. After about two weeks, I got my car back and everything looks good as new. The bodywork looks perfect and the spray they did matches the rest of the car exactly. I'm very happy with the results.

Bad Customer Service. Poor Workmanship. Handed my vehicle over to the repairer, Club Motors Fountains ARC, in perfect working condition. 3KM's and 2 weeks later, I collected my Car with : - Left Front Xenon Module / driver not working at all. - Left front Light not Fitted in line with front right light (BASIC Alignment) - Glue on right front Door (which was blended) - Clear circular Buff marks on the bonnet (which was resprayed) - Large Dull spots on both front doors (Blended) - Paint run's on left front door (Seems like the base coat according to staff) - Uneven base coat covering on front left bumper, as light streaks are visible. - Polish residue visible in nooks and crannies. Front left Xenon Module recorded an Error in-between delivery and Collection km readings. It Got Damaged at the Repairer for which they now take NO responsibility. I do NOT Recommend this repairer.

When i took my car for oil and brake fluid servicing in October 2015, i was offered front and rear brake pads and discs for mahala, and advised that i can only pay for labour ,it sounded too good to be true but I thought why not? Hardly 2/3 weeks, my car started leaking oil, i took it back to them because i didn't understand why my car would leak oil just after they did an oil service, they told me that it wasn't them who caused the leak. I had to pay to repair the leak. And now, hardly 5 months after doing that service and fitting the brake pads, my car is making a sound when i brake , a sign that the brake pad i fitted 5 months ago are finished. I've only traveled less that 20 000 km, how can that be?

All while your staff happily serve each other coffee and make every effort to not make eye contact with me. <br> <br> I can assure you that you are not doing me any favours.<br> <br> I am happy to rather go and blow a load of cash at Merc.

I purchased a vehicle early in September this year and i was assisted by a gentleman by the name of andrew, he was very effiecient. The vehicle i wanted was perfect, every question i had i emailed him he answered promptly, he was even prepared to drive to joburg auckland park for a test drive and he definately did. I had a problem of not being able to come collect the car papers because of work constrains and when i emailed him he said \a plan will be made"and to my surprise he managed to come all the way from pretoria to bring me my car papers"
