poor repairs

Hi thank you for accepting me as a client. About 6 months ago I approached our managing agent to have two windows repaired on my behalf as I do not live in Jhb . Up to date the windows are repaired (after many months of emailing back and forth) but the brass fittings are missing and nobody will take responsibility blaming me and my tenant As far as can be determined nobody from Cluster Con ever visited the unit to determine what needs to be done and if it was done satisfactory before payment was made . they now maintain that it is not part of there service for which we pay them . why then do they render the service if they do not accept responsibility if anything goes wrong.
