Not informed about scratches on the window that happened when the car was being fixed
I don’t want to lie CMC Auto Panel Brackenfell did a good job on fixing my back right door dent but what I’m sad about the car came back with little scratches on the top of the window which I was not informed about 😔

Poor workmanship and bad customer service
My vehicle has undergone modest repairs at CMC Auto Panel Brackenfell. The fact that the quality of the workmanship on my vehicle was significantly compromised is a source of great sadness and disappointment. The car was not cleaned, panels were oversprayed, parts were replaced with damaged or inferior parts, and water levels were not filled to the necessary level. Their client support is subpar. Furthermore, the assessor's godlike demeanor is even more alarming, as it implies that they have the authority to act as they please with your vehicle. Even if the repair shop is located several kilometers from your residence or place of employment, the assessor will determine the location where your vehicle must be repaired. This poses a substantial logistical challenge for us as the client, but it is of no concern to the assessor. For as long as he sorts out his cronies. Auto and General appears to be in agreement with the assessor's behaviour and their compromised relationships with panel beaters. Additionally, the assessor directed that my vehicle be operated without my explicit authorisation. Referring to their godlike disposition toward your car. I am now required to return my vehicle to CMC Auto Panel Brackenfell, as they failed to implement adequate quality control measures and exercise appropriate care, which would have enabled them to identify that my steering rack was also impacted by the accident. Unreliable Repairer
What an absolute disaster with my car been submitted for repair for more than 30 days. In this whole process they lost my car keys which further postponed the repair process and forced a complete ignition replacement which is still not fixed.. They also denied accepting the responsibility of the lost keys which further led to more disappointment into seeing them as a reliable repairer.

I must say I was slightly shocked to see the number of negative reviews outweighing the positive however I take it most people would have experienced your great service and maybe just didn't worry to write a review, and I wonder how many people that wrote negative reviews would ever stop to write a positive one, be it as it may. As someone else rightfully reviewed, I too blown away at the professionalism and the fast, efficient manner my vehicle was repaired. Great work CMC with both the repair and your service!!!

superb service.
the most professional company i have dealt with in a long while. the workmanship on my car repair was flawless. i also received regular updates on the progress on my car . i found the staff curtious and a bonus was i never waited more than a few seconds for someone to answer the phone which is unusual in this country. superb service.

Hi, Just to kindly inform all potential customers. Bradley who answers the phone at CMC is a blatant ****. I was promised a quote by Mario which never happened……although I kept on calling and was promised that Mario is busy with the quote it was a blatant lie… Do not do business with this establishment.
