Horrid business, horrid director - Trevor at CMC Autobody
If you want bad service, use this company. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude director of a company - Trevor. After having my vehicle for over 4 weeks he still can not tell me when it will done, his response to this question is, when it is done. Even after telling them I need my vehicle as we are going on holiday. No communication is received and the few WA messages you get is all a lie as the status is not correct. Trevor has no business sense, no compassion and does not care.

After having my vehicle for over 4 weeks he still can not tell me when it will done, his response to this question is, when it is done. CMC AUTOBODY - BULLSHUTTERS
The worst service I have ever experienced. Don't know why Discovery Insurance does business with CMC Autobody repairs Germiston, my car has been there for over a month now just under carriage damages quoted under R20000 for repairs, 11 days turn around time for the repairs and be back on the road. Well its been over a month, got written confirmation that my car is finished parts fitted and quality control needs to be done and will be ready on friday the 04 March 2022, well when I calked to find out what time i can collect i was informed that they still waiting for a part and the part has been on back order from 10 Jan 2022 and will have to wait for another 5 weeks and only then will be able to confirm if they received the part or not. Then the audacity to tell me the best he can do is give me Hyundai parts contact number and I can call them and ask them about parts on back order. No courtesy vehicle offered, don't care attitude, never provides promised feedback no accurate details and the best of all is they haven't even given Discovery Insurance the correct updated information even telephonically confirming with a Discovery claims consultant the car will be ready 04 March 2022 but telling me another 5 weeks for the part only then they might be able to give estimate date for my car if the part order has been received!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO CMC AUTOBODY GERMISTON, you will only regret it and make sure you confirm the same with your insurance company

Panelbeaters - thieves
CMC in Germiston are thieves! They are rude and unprofessional. They stole two of my mag wheels as well as a set of Tweeters, the small speakers in the front of my car on the door panels. Trevor and his partner, who I don't have a name for, has no clue what customer service is! I do not recommend them at all!!! I'd your car is there, make sure to capture everything and make sure you have everything before you leave.

Worst service ever... CMC were appointed by Discovery (who knows why) to repair our car door. A minor job that was supposed to take 5 days ended up taking two weeks. We had to go to a different panel beater to have our door straightened! Worst service ever, will not recommend them at all!!!!

Poor does not begin to describe the useless service I have had. My car was sent in for repairs after an accident. It has been over 2 months that my car has been in. After phoning every day for the last two weeks my car was promised back to me day after day. These people have no regard for your time and waste it as they please.

Pathetic service. I absolutely hate these guys and will never ever support them in anyway. Needed a couple of things sorted on my vehicle mailed them with photo for a quote but, was then told drive through to them. When I got there I was told I'd have to pay R350 for one of their guys to take 5 minutes to look at the car and then print one page with a quote on it. ***** that, I am not doing paying these parasites R350 just to quote me, so that they can then quote me so crazy amount. They wasted my time and money having to drive through to them, without communicating this in advance.
