These guys are a bunch of bull****ters, after complaining about the fact that they just promise and don't deliver, mr Brendon JAARTS with ID 970523 5660 086, promised that my vehicles will be delivered and still there is issues and I don't get my vehicles. You say your business is a legit business, so why don't you deliver as promised ?? Are all the people working for CMH in Boksburg ****s ????

Bought a car from CMH last year April and I had to take it back Because it had some problems they did not declear. They gave me another car that needed respraying on the front bumper and it's been a year that I have been complaining now and no one is acting on assisting me. I would not advice anyone to buy a car from CMH EASTRAND they don't care about their customers.

I contacted CMH GM Boksburg to inquire about a problem on my vehicle (MG 6 18T 2012 Model) i informed them that the vehicle does have a service plan and warranty On the 06/10/2017 I delivered my vehicle to the branch to investigate the problem , I did state that if they could change the 2 x globes on the front also and I will pay cash for that and if the vehicle needed a service I needed to be contacted and informed of the problem. I was contacted by Kathryn Diniozos and informed that they approved my full service on my vehicle thru my service provider (Motorvaps) but not yet on other items thru my warranty provider (Motorvaps) and the amount on the changing of the globes, so I asked her what needs to be replaced by my warranty provider and she informed me about the following: Coil pack, Bonnet cover, engine mountings ecs. But i did inform her to only replace the things that is effecting my vehicle performance. I was later informed (Afternoon) by Kathryn Diniozos that my vehicle was ready for pick up but she still didn't get approval from my warranty provider for replacing of coil plug. When I arrived at CMH GM Boksburg to pick up my vehicle Kathryn Diniozos was still busy with the invoice of the service done on my vehicle and that she did get go ahead on my coil pack to change it thru my warranty provider, she then picked up a mistake she's done on invoice and invoiced it out on my name and she then told me that she will change it Monday for my Service provider and then she realized that my service provider did not approve the full amount, I then told her that i will speak to my vehicle service provider to see why they didn't approve the full amount or else I have to pay cash for the amount outstanding (but i did sign a contract to be informed by CMH GM of any charges to customer before they could change parts ecs), I then asked her did my warranty provider approve the full amount on changing my coil pack and she then stated YES, she also infomed me that it will be ordered and should be delivered on the 12/10/2017. I contacted CMH GM on the 12/10/2017 to see if my part arrived there and Kathryn Diniozos confirmed that it did and I asked her again if my warranty did approve the full amount to change the part and she confirmed again YES. I made a booking with CMH GM Boksburg on the 18/10/2017 to change the coil pack and did take the vehicle in and Kathryn Diniozos did assist me to book my vehicle in and I then again confirmed with her is she sure my warranty provider did approve the full amount on my coil pack and cinfirmed again YES. I was later informed that my vehicle is ready for collection but i have to pay the amount that wasn't approved thru my service (R4886.60) provider first before they will release my vehicle, then a few minutes later Kathryn Diniozos phoned me again to inform me that she made another mistake and they did not approve the full amount on my coil pack and that they only approved half and that my half that i have to pay is R2000. I did tell her it's the second mistake that she made in +-2 weeks and she then appoligised. She then told me she will speak to her work shop manager and see if they could give me more discount and Kathryn Diniozos did phone me back to tell me He dropped it to a full amount of R 5 400 - 00 so out of desperation I wen't there 18/10/2017 to get my vehicle because they told me that they would only release the vehicle after they received payment but for the second time they changed the parts but never informed me of the payment that i had to pay in for the coil pack. Before he dropped the call he informed me that if I'm not happy with the end results after he tried to assist me that I could always bring the vehicle back and then they could remove the parts that they have replaced for me and then he could refund me the R 5 400 - 00. This is not the way to deal with a unhappy customer and know I have to pay for a staff member Kathryn Diniozos that didn't do her work properly in the first place.
